Stationary Concrete Batching Plant
These stationary concrete batching plants use a belt conveyor to move aggregates continuously from the batching section to the mixer, a feeding method commonly used in higher-capacity concrete plants. They can produce up to 270 m³/h and are suitable for very large infrastructure projects such as sea-crossing bridges, major water conservancy works and nuclear power plants, as well as large precast factories and high-volume ready-mix concrete supply centers. Their JS4500A twin-shaft mixer can handle aggregates up to 80 mm. For material storage, these high capacity concrete plants have four powder silos of 300 tons each and one aggregate batching system with five 30 m³ bins. The five bins can handle different aggregate types at high flow rates at the same time, so the plant can work longer at full load before more material needs to be added.

- These concrete plants are equipped with a JS4500A twin-shaft mixer to help handle large batches efficiently, while their heavy-duty inclined belt conveyor and aggregate hopper keep material feeding steady and shorten the time between batches during large concrete pours.
- As the mixer liners and blades are made from special high-chromium wear-resistant alloy, they can better withstand long periods of heavy production and need less frequent maintenance.
- Multiple mechanical seals and air-pressure sealing protect the mixer shaft ends, reducing the risk of slurry leakage during continuous full-load operation.
- Since material buildup can increase cleaning work, the mixer uses an anti-stick shaft design and pressurized spray cleaning to reduce the need for frequent manual cleaning.
- Aggregates, powders, water and additives are weighed separately through a multi-stage weighing system, with errors controlled within ±1%–2% for accurate mix proportions and consistent concrete quality.
- The PLC and industrial computer control system can run the plant in either automatic or manual mode, with a display screen for real-time monitoring. The control system also handles remote connection, data storage and printing, and report management.
- Thanks to the pulse reverse-cleaning dust collector, dust can be captured over a large collection area, and emissions stay within required limits. An optional wastewater recovery system can also collect and reuse process water.
- These concrete batchers can produce ready-mix concrete, mortar and special concrete, including high-performance, pumpable and underwater mixes. Future upgrades can also be added as production needs change, such as extra additive dosing, heating or cooling systems, and remote monitoring.

Aggregate Batching SystemThe aggregate batching system has 2 to 4 bins for sand and stone. Each material is weighed separately within ±2% accuracy before a belt conveyor sends the aggregates to the skip hoist. Wear-resistant liners in the feeding section help prevent jamming and spillage.
-
Skip Hoist Feeding SystemAfter weighing, the aggregates enter the skip bucket and travel along the rail to the mixer. A winch, steel wire rope and pulleys move the bucket up and down, while limit switches control its travel and stop positions.
-
Twin-Shaft Concrete MixerThe 270 m³/h plants use twin-shaft mixers as standard, where aggregates, cement, fly ash, water and additives are blended into the final concrete mix. The two horizontal shafts provide even mixing, shorter cycles and less material buildup around the shafts.
-
Powder Storage and Weighing SystemCement and fly ash are stored in separate silos and transferred by screw conveyors to their weighing units, while dedicated scales measure water and additives separately before mixing.

Electrical Control System and Control RoomOperators can switch between automatic and manual modes while viewing mix proportions, production output and fault alarms in real time. Remote monitoring provides access to the same plant information when operators are off site.
