Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

Our 50 m³/h stationary concrete plants provide a middle-capacity option for ready-mix production, road construction and bridge projects that require concrete throughout the working day. Instead of using a long conveyor for aggregate feeding, a rail-mounted skip hoist carries each batch upward to the mixer. The compact skip hoist layout needs less installation space but can still provide enough concrete for regular ready-mix production and medium-size road or bridge projects.

  • Theoretical Production Capacity
    Production Capacity: 50 m³/h
  • Mixer
    Mixer Type: Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
  • Mixer Power
    Mixer Power: 2×18.5 kW
  • Aggregate Bin Capacity
    Aggregate Bin Capacity: 3×8 m³
Features
  • These concrete plants are equipped with a JS1000 twin-shaft mixer, the 50 m³/h plants can produce different concrete grades, including ready-mix concrete, road concrete and concrete for flooring applications.
  • They have 3 aggregate bins, each with an 8 cubic meter capacity, that keep enough sand and stone ready for batching, so the wheel loader does not have to refill them constantly during continuous production.
  • Their skip hoist only needs about half the space of a belt-fed concrete plant with a similar capacity, which can reduce the land area and site preparation needed before installation.
  • They are equipped with a control system that includes a mechanical anti-fall lock, several travel limit switches and overload protection to keep skip hoist operation safer during long production runs.
  • The skip hoist uses less power to lift the aggregates than a conveyor belt of similar capacity, which can reduce electricity use during daily production.
  • The control system can run in automatic or manual mode, while the simple interface and clear control logic reduce staff training and simplify daily operation and maintenance.

Main Components
    1. Aggregate Batching System
      Aggregate Batching System

The aggregate batching system has 2 to 4 bins for sand and stone. Each material is weighed separately within ±2% accuracy before a belt conveyor sends the aggregates to the skip hoist. Wear-resistant liners in the feeding section help prevent jamming and spillage.

    1. Skip Hoist Feeding System
      Skip Hoist Feeding System

After weighing, the aggregates enter the skip bucket and travel along the rail to the mixer. A winch, steel wire rope and pulleys move the bucket up and down, while limit switches control its travel and stop positions.

    1. Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
      Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer

The 50 m³/h plants use twin-shaft mixers as standard, where aggregates, cement, fly ash, water and additives are blended into the final concrete mix. The two horizontal shafts provide even mixing, shorter cycles and less material buildup around the shafts.

    1. Powder Storage and Weighing System
      Powder Storage and Weighing System

Cement and fly ash are stored in separate silos and transferred by screw conveyors to their weighing units, while dedicated scales measure water and additives separately before mixing.

    1. Electrical Control System and Control Room

Operators can switch between automatic and manual modes while viewing mix proportions, production output and fault alarms in real time. Remote monitoring provides access to the same plant information when operators are off site.
