Cement Silos

The cement silos provide enclosed storage for cement, fly ash, mineral powder and other bulk powder materials. The capacities vary from 30 to 2,000 tons. Our wide range of bulk storage silos gives customers different options based on required storage capacity, available installation space, transportation requirements and site conditions.

    1. Bolted Cement Silo

      Bolted Cement Silo

Prefabricated curved steel panels are assembled on site with high-strength bolts for easier overseas shipping, installation and relocation. The structure withstands Force 12 winds and seismic intensity up to Level 8.

    1. Large Square Silo

      Large Square Silo

An orthogonal steel stiffener structure provides high lateral strength, while the square design increases storage-space utilization by 20–25% compared with circular silos of the same footprint.

    1. Horizontal Cement Silo

      Horizontal Cement Silo

The fully welded structure and low center of gravity provide strong wind resistance, with a horizontal layout suited to sites where vertical silo installation is less practical.

Pulse-jet dust collectors and radar level monitoring systems can be configured according to project requirements to provide accurate level tracking for safer, more efficient operation. Hot-dip galvanizing is also available for long-term corrosion protection.

A cement silo provides enclosed storage for powdered materials such as cement, fly ash, lime and GGBFS, and keeps them dry and ready for use. The stored bulk material can then be discharged in a controlled manner into screw conveyors, batching systems or other downstream equipment.

Cement silo size depends on the required storage capacity, material type and available installation space. We offer cement silos with capacities that vary from 30 to 2000 tons, with different dimensions and configurations available for specific storage and production requirements. Silo shape and structure can also vary according to the material being stored and the intended application.
