Asphalt Mixing Plant
The asphalt mixing plants are used for batch production of asphalt mixtures with precise control over material proportioning and mixing. Aggregates, mineral filler, asphalt binder, and additives are accurately measured, heated, and mixed in individual batches to produce consistent hot mix asphalt. These plants are ideal for road construction and rehabilitation projects with reliable asphalt production, consistent mix quality, and adherence to strict safety and environmental requirements. With the appropriate auxiliary systems, the plant can also handle modified asphalt mixtures, colored asphalt, and mixtures incorporating reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP). Multiple plant configurations with production capacities ranging from 80 t/h to 320 t/h are available for different project scales, operating requirements, and infrastructure applications worldwide.

Well suited to county and rural road construction, routine urban road maintenance, and projects in mountainous areas or sites with limited working space. Their capacity range can be a practical choice for smaller contracts and projects with relatively short construction periods. - LB2000
A suitable choice for national and provincial highway expansion or reconstruction, medium-scale urban arterial road projects, and regional commercial asphalt production plants.
