Dry Mix Mortar Plant
The asphalt mixing plants are used for batch production of asphalt mixtures with precise control over material proportioning and mixing. Aggregates, mineral filler, asphalt binder, and additives are accurately measured, heated, and mixed in individual batches to produce consistent hot mix asphalt. These plants are ideal for road construction and rehabilitation projects with reliable asphalt production, consistent mix quality, and adherence to strict safety and environmental requirements. With the appropriate auxiliary systems, the plant can also handle modified asphalt mixtures, colored asphalt, and mixtures incorporating reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP). Multiple plant configurations with production capacities ranging from 80 t/h to 320 t/h are available for different project scales, operating requirements, and infrastructure applications worldwide.

An industrial-grade PLC control system supports one-touch selection and seamless switching between hundreds of complex formulations. Production data and consumable reports can also be generated automatically through the cloud for easier production monitoring and record management.

Compatible with river sand and manufactured sand, as well as selected industrial by-products such as flue-gas desulfurization (FGD) gypsum and phosphogypsum.
