Concrete Boom Pump
Concrete boom pumps provide a faster and more flexible alternative to conventional concrete transport and placement methods, particularly when large volumes of concrete need to be delivered efficiently across a construction site. We offer truck-mounted concrete pump unit with boom lengths from 28 to 75 meters, with 2, 3, 4 and 5-axle chassis configurations available for different working ranges and project requirements. The range gives contractors practical options for efficient concrete placement across sites of different scales and operating conditions. Concrete boom truck pumps are used to move concrete for a broad range of applications, such as residential and commercial construction to major infrastructure projects.
The concrete boom pump integrates a valve system, hydraulics and a long arm onto a heavy-duty truck chassis. It extends concrete placement to areas that mixer trucks cannot easily reach, with greater speed and accuracy of concrete placement. Power from the truck engine drives the main hydraulic pump, which continuously delivers concrete from the hopper through the pipeline mounted along the boom and directly to the required placement area precisely.
- 2-Axle Models | 28 m, 33 m & 37 m The compact size is ideal for rural road construction, municipal maintenance in narrow urban streets and concrete placement inside industrial facilities with limited operation space.
- 3-Axle Models | 39 m, 47 m, 50 m & 52 m A balance of reach and mobility makes these models suitable for mid to high-rise residential construction and floor pouring for medium-sized industrial facilities.
- 4-Axle Models | 58 m & 63 m The extended boom reach makes continuous pouring of large foundation rafts, elevated bridge construction and vertical concrete delivery for high-rise buildings easier and effective.
- 5-Axle Models | 70 m & 75 m The longest-reach models serve demanding projects such as large-span roof structures for high-speed railway stations and stadiums, major water conservancy projects and core construction for supertall buildings.
