Backed by a manufacturing base with more than 26 years of industry experience, our partner factory is responsible for R&D and production of various types of concrete batching plants, cement silos and other bulk material storage equipment. Meanwhile, we have been offering long‑term OEM services for top‑tier domestic construction‑machinery enterprises.
Covering a total area of 106,700 m², the manufacturing facility is equipped with a complete range of production lines and precision inspection equipment, achieving an annual production capacity of up to 12,000 tons. Based on the professional expertise of our over 300 employees, the facility has an annual output value approaching RMB 400 million.

Precision Fabrication
CNC plasma cutting, automatic gantry welding and large-scale bending equipment provide the accuracy required for structural components and also maintain the strength needed for demanding operating conditions.
Complete Surface Treatment
TIGER uses a complete sandblasting and painting process rather than conventional material pretreatment. An anti-rust coating provides additional corrosion protection, which contributes to longer equipment life in challenging construction and operating environments.
Pre-Assembly Before Surface Treatment
The concrete production equipment is pre-assembled and inspected at the factory before individual sections undergo surface treatment. This process ensures that structural components meet the design requirements before shipment and reduces the potential fit-up issues during on-site assembly. It also provides a solid foundation for stable equipment operation after commissioning.
