Concrete Batching Plants

Concrete batching plants are automatic production systems designed for centralized concrete mixing and preparation. We offer both stationary and mobile models to meet different project requirements. Stationary concrete batching plants are available with a belt conveyor or skip hoist feeding structures and cover production rates that range from 25 to 270 m³/h for continuous concrete supply in medium and large-scale projects, as well as applications with limited installation space.

Mobile concrete batching plants integrate aggregate batching, weighing, conveying, mixing and control systems onto a semi-trailer chassis, with production capacities that vary from 25 to 100 m³/h. These mobile concrete batching systems feature heavy-duty support systems and can be transported by standard tractor trucks for faster deployment. Both our stationary and mobile concrete plants are equipped with independent electronic weighing systems that separately measure aggregates, cement, fly ash, water and additives before mixing. The accurate batching process helps maintain the required material ratios for consistent concrete quality.

    1. Stationary Concrete Batching Plants

      Stationary Concrete Batching Plants

      Up to 270 m³/h

Stationary concrete batching plants are used for long-term concrete production from a fixed site, with capacities available for projects that need regular or high-volume supply of concrete.

      Typical applications
      Ready-mix concrete production
      Precast concrete manufacturing
      Roads, bridges and infrastructure
      Large building projects
      Output Range
      25–270 m³/h
    1. Mobile Concrete Batching Plants

      Mobile Concrete Batching Plants

      25–100 m³/h

Mobile concrete batching plants keep the main production equipment on a transportable chassis, so the plant can move between job sites with less installation work.

      Common Uses
      Temporary construction projects
      Road and linear infrastructure works
      Remote job sites
      Projects with frequent relocation
      Available Capacities
      25-100 m³/h

      Concrete Batch Plant Components

Concrete batch plant components cover the equipment used for aggregate feeding, material transfer, mixing and cement storage within the batching plant.

      Main Equipment
      Aggregate feeding systems
      Skip hoist systems
      Twin-shaft concrete mixers
      Cement storage silos
      Electrical control system

Concrete batching plants are production systems used to prepare ready-mix concrete for construction sites, precast facilities and other concrete production locations. They include several processes such as storage, weighing, conveying, mixing and automated control functions to manage the entire concrete production process.

During operation, the batching plant automatically weighs each material, including aggregates, cement, water and additives, according to the required concrete formula. The materials that were measured previously are then delivered to the mixer in precise proportions, which helps produce concrete with consistent quality and reliable performance.

  • Required Production Capacity:
The required concrete output depends on the project scale, construction schedule and daily production needs. Choosing a suitable concrete batching plant capacity helps maintain a stable concrete supply and avoid delays caused by insufficient production during operation.
  • Plant Configuration:
Different projects may require different concrete batching plant configurations depending on the construction schedule, site conditions and mobility requirements. Stationary concrete batching plants are suitable for long-term projects that need continuous concrete production and higher output, while mobile concrete batching plants are designed for projects that require easier transportation, faster installation and relocation between different sites.
  • Project Requirements and Plant Reliability:
Before choosing a suitable concrete batching plant, it's necessary to consider several factors such as installation space, site conditions and required concrete output. Choosing a suitable configuration helps simplify installation and maintain efficient operation throughout the project. The structure of the batching plant, its core components and control system should also be evaluated, as they directly influence operating stability and long-term service life.
