HZS90

Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

The 90 m³/h stationary concrete plants are used for commercial ready-mix production and large infrastructure projects that need a steady concrete supply. Aggregates move to the twin-shaft concrete mixer through an inclined belt conveyor, while four separate bins handle storage and weighing before feeding. These concrete plants have a high output capacity which is suitable for highways, airport runways, water conservancy projects and other large jobs that require regular concrete production over long working periods.

  • Theoretical Production Capacity
    Production Capacity: 90 m³/h
  • Mixer
    Mixer Type: Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
  • Mixer Power
    Mixer Power: 2 x 30 kW
  • Aggregate Bin Capacity
    Aggregate Bin Capacity: 4 x 20 m³
Features
  • These concrete plants are equipped with a JS1500 twin-shaft mixer with thick high-chromium wear-resistant alloy liners and blades for long hours of continuous commercial concrete production.
  • Their inclined belt conveyor and hopper above the mixer keep the next batch of aggregates ready and reduce waiting time between production cycles.
  • The electronic scales measure aggregates, cement, water and additives separately, with ±2% accuracy for aggregates and ±1% for powders, water and additives.
  • The PLC control system handles automatic batching and mixing, with manual control, one-button start and stop, and real-time data monitoring also available.
  • Dust collection equipment is included as standard to control airborne dust during production, while the plant also runs with relatively low noise and power consumption to meet environmental requirements on site.

Main Components
    1. Aggregate Batching System
      Aggregate Batching System

The aggregate batching system has 2 to 4 bins for sand and stone. Each material is weighed separately within ±2% accuracy before a belt conveyor sends the aggregates to the skip hoist. Wear-resistant liners in the feeding section help prevent jamming and spillage.

    1. Skip Hoist Feeding System
      Skip Hoist Feeding System

After weighing, the aggregates enter the skip bucket and travel along the rail to the mixer. A winch, steel wire rope and pulleys move the bucket up and down, while limit switches control its travel and stop positions.

    1. Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
      Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer

The 90 m³/h plants use twin-shaft mixers as standard, where aggregates, cement, fly ash, water and additives are blended into the final concrete mix. The two horizontal shafts provide even mixing, shorter cycles and less material buildup around the shafts.

    1. Powder Storage and Weighing System
      Powder Storage and Weighing System

Cement and fly ash are stored in separate silos and transferred by screw conveyors to their weighing units, while dedicated scales measure water and additives separately before mixing.

    1. Electrical Control System and Control Room

Operators can switch between automatic and manual modes while viewing mix proportions, production output and fault alarms in real time. Remote monitoring provides access to the same plant information when operators are off site.
