Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

These belt-fed stationary concrete batching plants have a theoretical output of 120 m³/h and are designed for large ready-mix concrete supply plants and very large precast concrete factories. They are equipped with a JS2000 twin-shaft compulsory mixer that can handle aggregates up to 80 mm, while four powder silos, each with a capacity of 200 tons, and an aggregate batching system with four 20 m³ bins provide the storage and batching capacity needed for continuous high-volume concrete production. Due to the large storage and batching capacity, four types of aggregate can be fed at high flow rates at the same time, so materials do not need to be replenished as often during continuous full-load production.

  • Theoretical Production Capacity
    Production Capacity: 120 m³/h
  • Mixer
    Mixer Type: Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
  • Mixer Power
    Mixer Power: 2 x 37 kW
  • Aggregate Bin Capacity
    Aggregate Bin Capacity: 4 x 20 m³
Features
  • The JS2000 heavy-duty twin-shaft mixer uses two 37 kW motors, along with thick high-chromium wear-resistant alloy liners and mixing arms for long periods of full-load production.
  • Multiple mechanical and air-pressure seals protect the mixer shaft ends and reduce slurry leakage during long periods of continuous, full-load production.
  • Electronic scales measure aggregates, cement, water and additives separately, with ±2% accuracy for aggregates and ±1% for powders, water and additives.
  • The weighing control can correct errors, add material when the measured amount is too low and reset the scale to zero with one touch for more consistent batches.
  • An active dust collection system with pulse-jet cleaning is included as standard to reduce dust emissions and meet environmental requirements.
  • The concrete plants use an industrial PLC and a dedicated industrial computer for control. If something needs to be adjusted during automatic production, operators can switch to manual control with one touch instead of stopping the plant.
  • Production data is saved automatically and can be printed as reports, while remote monitoring and data sharing allow past production records to be reviewed whenever it's necessary.
  • An optional cooling system can be added for concrete batching operations at temperatures up to 50°C in hot areas such as Africa, while a heating system is also available for work in areas with temperatures from 0°C down to -40°C.
  • Powder silos have top-mounted level sensors and anti-bridging devices to monitor material levels and prevent powder from clumping or blocking the outlet.

Main Components
    1. Aggregate Batching System
      Aggregate Batching System

The aggregate batching system has 2 to 4 bins for sand and stone. Each material is weighed separately within ±2% accuracy before a belt conveyor sends the aggregates to the skip hoist. Wear-resistant liners in the feeding section help prevent jamming and spillage.

    1. Skip Hoist Feeding System
      Skip Hoist Feeding System

After weighing, the aggregates enter the skip bucket and travel along the rail to the mixer. A winch, steel wire rope and pulleys move the bucket up and down, while limit switches control its travel and stop positions.

    1. Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
      Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer

The 120 m³/h plants use twin-shaft mixers as standard, where aggregates, cement, fly ash, water and additives are blended into the final concrete mix. The two horizontal shafts provide even mixing, shorter cycles and less material buildup around the shafts.

    1. Powder Storage and Weighing System

Cement and fly ash are stored in separate silos and transferred by screw conveyors to their weighing units, while dedicated scales measure water and additives separately before mixing.

    1. Electrical Control System and Control Room

Operators can switch between automatic and manual modes while viewing mix proportions, production output and fault alarms in real time. Remote monitoring provides access to the same plant information when operators are off site.
