HZS75
Stationary Concrete Batching Plant
These ready-mix concrete batching plants use skip hoist feeding and have a rated capacity of 75 m³/h, the highest in this series. Their heavy-duty rail and skip hoist lift aggregates directly to the mixer, so there is no need for a long belt conveyor. Since the skip hoist keeps the overall layout more compact, these concrete plants are suitable for ready-mix production, medium to large road and bridge projects, and other infrastructure work with limited site space.

Production Capacity: 75 m³/h -
Mixer Type: Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer -
Mixer Power: 2×30 kW -
Aggregate Bin Capacity: 3×12 m³
- Equipped with a JS1500 twin-shaft mixer and two 30 kW motors, these plants can handle continuous production of standard and higher-strength concrete mixes.
- Thanks to high-chromium cast iron liners and mixing blades, the mixer has better resistance to wear during heavy-duty production, especially with higher-strength concrete.
- As the skip hoist has lower lifting resistance than a similar-capacity belt conveyor, it generally needs less power for aggregate feeding during daily production.
- Besides its manual and automatic control modes, the control system has a simple interface and clear control logic, which reduces the training needed for operators and makes daily operation and maintenance simple.
- The skip hoist/lifting system uses high-strength steel wire rope, a mechanical anti-fall lock, several travel limit switches and overload protection to improve safety during continuous operation.

Aggregate Batching SystemThe aggregate batching system has 2 to 4 bins for sand and stone. Each material is weighed separately within ±2% accuracy before a belt conveyor sends the aggregates to the skip hoist. Wear-resistant liners in the feeding section help prevent jamming and spillage.
-
Skip Hoist Feeding SystemAfter weighing, the aggregates enter the skip bucket and travel along the rail to the mixer. A winch, steel wire rope and pulleys move the bucket up and down, while limit switches control its travel and stop positions.
-
Twin-Shaft Concrete MixerThe 75 m³/h plants use twin-shaft mixers as standard, where aggregates, cement, fly ash, water and additives are blended into the final concrete mix. The two horizontal shafts provide even mixing, shorter cycles and less material buildup around the shafts.
-
Powder Storage and Weighing SystemCement and fly ash are stored in separate silos and transferred by screw conveyors to their weighing units, while dedicated scales measure water and additives separately before mixing.
-
Electrical Control System and Control RoomOperators can switch between automatic and manual modes while viewing mix proportions, production output and fault alarms in real time. Remote monitoring provides access to the same plant information when operators are off site.
