Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

These 35 m³/h stationary concrete plants have a rail-mounted skip hoist to feed aggregates, which keeps the overall layout much more compact than a long belt conveyor arrangement. As they have a smaller footprint and relatively simple structure, these concrete plants are suitable for village and township infrastructure, small construction sites, and projects that need the batching plant to be installed or moved between different locations.

  • Theoretical Production Capacity
    Production Capacity: 35 m³/h
  • Mixer
    Mixer Type: Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
  • Mixer Power
    Mixer Power: 30 kW
  • Aggregate Bin Capacity
    Aggregate Bin Capacity: 3×5 m³
Features
  • These concrete plants use a skip hoist feeding system that reduces the space needed for aggregate transfer, which can also cut down on site preparation and land rental costs.
  • Their JS750 twin-shaft compulsory mixer with a 30kW motor handles the mixing work and can produce different concrete grades, including higher-strength mixes.
  • Since the skip hoist works with relatively low lifting resistance, daily power usage can be lower than on belt-fed plants in the same capacity range.
  • Operators can switch between automatic and manual control as necessary, and the simple controls mean new staff spend less time learning the plant and have less trouble with daily operation and maintenance.
  • The discharge point is 4.1 m high, so standard concrete mixer trucks can position underneath and load directly from the plant.

Main Components
    1. Aggregate Batching System
      Aggregate Batching System

The aggregate batching system has 2 to 4 bins for sand and stone. Each material is weighed separately within ±2% accuracy before a belt conveyor sends the aggregates to the skip hoist. Wear-resistant liners in the feeding section help prevent jamming and spillage.

    1. Skip Hoist Feeding System
      Skip Hoist Feeding System

After weighing, the aggregates enter the skip bucket and travel along the rail to the mixer. A winch, steel wire rope and pulleys move the bucket up and down, while limit switches control its travel and stop positions.

    1. Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
      Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer

The 35 m³/h plants use twin-shaft mixers as standard, where aggregates, cement, fly ash, water and additives are blended into the final concrete mix. The two horizontal shafts provide even mixing, shorter cycles and less material buildup around the shafts.

    1. Powder Storage and Weighing System
      Powder Storage and Weighing System

Cement and fly ash are stored in separate silos and transferred by screw conveyors to their weighing units, while dedicated scales measure water and additives separately before mixing.

    1. Electrical Control System and Control Room

Operators can switch between automatic and manual modes while viewing mix proportions, production output and fault alarms in real time. Remote monitoring provides access to the same plant information when operators are off site.
