YHZS100

Mobile Concrete Batching Plant

100 m³/h mobile concrete batching plants can keep concrete production close to the active work area as the project progresses, which is suitable for large highway projects, railway hubs and water conservancy or dam construction in remote areas. The main sections for batching, conveying, mixing, weighing and electrical control are integrated on a heavy-duty semi-trailer chassis. Whenever the concrete plant needs to move to another work site, most of the main equipment can stay in place on the chassis, so there is no need to dismantle the complete plant before transport.

  • Theoretical Production Capacity
    Production Capacity: 100 m³/h
  • Mixer
    Mixer Type: Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
  • Mixer Power
    Mixer Power: 2×37 kW
  • Aggregate Bin Capacity
    Aggregate Bin Capacity: 4×20 m³
Features
  • 100 m³/h mobile concrete batching plants are mounted on a heavy-duty multi-axle trailer chassis with a standard kingpin at the front. Once the external power supply is disconnected and the auxiliary equipment is removed, a heavy-duty tractor truck can tow them directly to the next job site.
  • The chassis has several heavy-duty support units that keep the plant stable during operation. At the job site, operators only need a flat, stable surface that can support the mobile plant, so there's no need for a deep excavation or concrete foundation, which helps reduce installation time and initial civil work costs.
  • Their JS1500 twin-shaft compulsory mixer handles low-slump and high-strength concrete with even mixing and fast discharge, so the plant can maintain a steady concrete supply during continuous production.
  • Four 15 m³ aggregate bins provide ample storage and reduce the need for frequent material replenishment.
  • Equipped with automatic electrical control, the concrete plant can switch between manual and automatic operation modes and keep production data for later checking.

Main Components
    1. Mobile Chassis
      Mobile Chassis

Mobile concrete plants have a heavy-duty trailer chassis with pneumatic tires, a kingpin and hydraulic support legs. For transportation, the whole concrete plant can be folded as necessary to reduce its overall dimensions, so it can meet common container and road transport requirements for easier overseas shipment.

    1. Aggregate Batching Unit
      Aggregate Batching Unit

Sand and stone are stored separately in 2 to 4 aggregate bins before weighing. Belt feeding can be added when needed, especially on sites where loading aggregates from a higher position would be inconvenient for a wheel loader.

    1. Belt Conveyor
      Belt Conveyor

Aggregates move continuously from the batching section toward the mixer through the belt conveyor. The conveyor is part of the mobile frame and can be folded for transport, so there is no need to dismantle the complete conveying section every time the concrete plant needs to be moved to another site.

    1. Concrete Mixer
      Concrete Mixer

The mixer is integrated into the main mobile frame, so it can be transported with the complete plant without being removed and can return to production quickly after relocation. Most mobile plants use a twin-shaft compulsory mixer, while smaller models can use a drum mixer and advanced configurations can have a vertical-shaft planetary mixer.

    1. Powder Storage and Material Weighing
      Powder Storage and Material Weighing

Cement and fly ash are stored in separate silos and transferred by screw conveyors for weighing. Water and additives have their own scales, so aggregates, powders, water and additives can all be measured before they enter the mixer.

    1. Control System
      Control System

The automatic control system can switch between manual and automatic operation, and an English-language interface is available as an option. Operators can save concrete mix recipes, correct small weighing differences automatically, check fault alarms, print production data and monitor the plant remotely.
