Mobile Concrete Batching Plant

These mobile concrete batching plants have a theoretical capacity of 25 m³/h and are used for small and medium construction projects, temporary job sites and work that requires frequent relocation. Storage, weighing, conveying, mixing, discharge and automatic control are integrated on a single trailer chassis, so the plants can move between project locations with less setup work than stationary equipment. Their mobile layout is useful for projects that need concrete production at different sites or need to relocate the equipment during construction.

  • Theoretical Production Capacity
    Production Capacity: 25 m³/h
  • Mixer
    Mixer Type: Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
  • Mixer Power
    Mixer Power: 18.5 kW
  • Aggregate Bin Capacity
    Aggregate Bin Capacity: 3×3 m³
Features
  • The main equipment is mounted on a mobile frame, so the plants can be towed over short distances and moved between project sites with less time and effort.
  • The chassis has a standard international kingpin at the front, so it can connect to commonly used heavy-duty tractor trucks for towing. High-strength pneumatic tires and a multi-point support system keep the mobile plant stable both during road transport and when it is set up for production.
  • Equipped with a JS500 twin-shaft mixer that can handle dry, plastic and different concrete mix proportions with reliable mixing results.
  • The main modules do not require a reinforced concrete foundation, and once the site is flat and compacted, the concrete plant can be secured with hydraulic or mechanical support legs and normally start production within 1–2 days after the water and power connections are ready.
  • These mobile concrete plants use an automatic electrical control system, so operators can switch between manual and automatic modes, save production data for later review and work with controls that are easy to learn.

Main Components
    1. Mobile Chassis
      Mobile Chassis

Mobile concrete plants have a heavy-duty trailer chassis with pneumatic tires, a kingpin and hydraulic support legs. For transportation, the whole concrete plant can be folded as necessary to reduce its overall dimensions, so it can meet common container and road transport requirements for easier overseas shipment.

    1. Aggregate Batching Unit
      Aggregate Batching Unit

Sand and stone are stored separately in 2 to 4 aggregate bins before weighing. Belt feeding can be added when needed, especially on sites where loading aggregates from a higher position would be inconvenient for a wheel loader.

    1. Belt Conveyor
      Belt Conveyor

Aggregates move continuously from the batching section toward the mixer through the belt conveyor. The conveyor is part of the mobile frame and can be folded for transport, so there is no need to dismantle the complete conveying section every time the concrete plant needs to be moved to another site.

    1. Concrete Mixer
      Concrete Mixer

The mixer is integrated into the main mobile frame, so it can be transported with the complete plant without being removed and can return to production quickly after relocation. Most mobile plants use a twin-shaft compulsory mixer, while smaller models can use a drum mixer and advanced configurations can have a vertical-shaft planetary mixer.

    1. Powder Storage and Material Weighing
      Powder Storage and Material Weighing

Cement and fly ash are stored in separate silos and transferred by screw conveyors for weighing. Water and additives have their own scales, so aggregates, powders, water and additives can all be measured before they enter the mixer.

    1. Control System
      Control System

The automatic control system can switch between manual and automatic operation, and an English-language interface is available as an option. Operators can save concrete mix recipes, correct small weighing differences automatically, check fault alarms, print production data and monitor the plant remotely.
